Walla Walla – Baker Boyer is pleased to announce the promotions of; Michelle Thacker to Vice President, Jessie Ilaoa to Vice President and Regulatory Risk Manager, and Mark Lutcher to Assistant Vice President and Senior Financial Analyst. The promotions were approved by the Baker Boyer Board of Directors at their December Board Meeting and take effect on January 1, 2016.
Thacker’s career with Baker Boyer began first in Baker Boyer’s Milton-Freewater branch on December 27, 1999. Michelle filled roles at the branch including; Teller, Personal Banker, Lead Personal Banker, and AVP/Lead Personal Banker. She then move to the bank’s downtown office to serve as Cash Management Specialist and most recently as AVP/Internet Banking & Banking Operations Manager.
Ilaoa’s career with Baker Boyer began May 1, 2001 when she started as a Teller, then Vault Teller. She then transitioned into her role as Lead Operations Assistant, and is currently Compliance Risk Manager. Additionally, Jessie completed her MBA through CSU in 2010.
Lutcher began his career at Baker Boyer on June 23, 2008, as a Financial Analyst working in the Controller’s Department. Mark’s primary responsibilities are related to internal financial reporting and analysis. Mark is currently working to complete the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) program with most recently passing part two of three.
